Substitutions
It may be necessary to substitute flowers in arrangements to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. It is our promise to take the utmost care and attention with your order to ensure that it replicates your selected arrangement as closely as possible. The colours shown on line will be used as closely as possible, however due to availability some of the flowers my substituted with other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. Where one specific flower is used, e.g. Roses we will make every attempt to use the exact flower but another colour may used. If the container in which your chosen arrangement is not available a similar container of equal or greater value will be used.
Payment
We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, and Laser Cards. You may also pay \'offline\' via Cheque and Postal Order (made payable to irishflowershops or Bank Transfer. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of irishflowershops.com until payment is received in full. A credit account may be opened by corporate clients, subject to trade references and application approval, on the strict condition that payment is made within 30 days from date of invoice.
Cancellation
Orders may be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date for Dublin Deliveries. Where delivery is to be made via a third party orders can be amended or cancelled up to 2 working days prior to delivery date requested Where delivery is to be made outside Ireland and the UK please provide notification of 1 working day before the intended delivery date. International orders 2 working days.
Refund Policy
At irishflowershops.com our aim is to make sure you are totally satisfied with your order. If you are not totally satisfied we will replace your arrangement within twenty four hours or refund your credit card. Because of the perishable nature of the product all complaints must be received with in twenty four hours of delivery. At irishflowershops.com we are here is to satisfy you, our customer, but in the case you are not satisfied please contact irishflowershops.com by email celine@irishflowershops.com or by phone 01 452 72 72.
Delivery
All orders placed before 11am can be gauranteed same day delivery in Ireland & UK. At irishflowershops.com we try our best to accommodate late orders but same day delivery within Ireland and the UK can not be gauranteed for orders placed after 11am. A period of 48 hours is required for all orders delivered outside of Ireland and the UK. At peak times for your own security, twenty four hours is needed to gaurantee delivery. As a member of Teleflorist Ireland all orders executed outside Dublin will be sent to another Teleflorist member registered with Teleflorist Ireland.
